Out of date

Took a chance at buying these since our usual supplier was out of stock. They arrived promptly after ordering (less than a week) but they were already past their expiry date (24/2/2023) and were packed so tightly in the box that half of the packets had no air in them when they arrived which made them harder to bite into than the usual crunch. Not happy.

Damaged goods

I have ordered from joys at least a dozen times and never had a problem. Recently received a shipment and some of the products were damaged, I sent them an email along with images of the damaged goods, my email was replied to in less than 24 hours… they were unbelievable in there efforts to rectify the matter, they had already processed a refund for the damaged goods, offered their sincere apologies even though the damage was probably caused in transit and if that wasn’t enough, they gave me a 15% discount code to use on our next order.
Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from an online purchase!
They’ve won me😊
